Yes and no.

Eli is fully Korean, but was born in Los Angeles, CA and moved to Spotsylvania, VA where he grew up. His parents are Korean, so Eli is considered Korean-American.

Kevin is also fully Korean, but was born and raised in San Francisco, CA. He is also considered Korean-American.

Dongho’s probably fully Korean, but he might be part Chinese or one of his parents might be half Chinese as he spent most of his childhood in China. He has some connection with China, I assume.

Kibum revealed that he has a Japanese relative, so he may have some Japanese blood in him.

Xander is not fully Korean. He was born in Hong Kong and moved to Macau where he grew up. His dad is half-Portuguese, half Chinese and his mother is Korean.

Soohyun, Kiseop, Jaeseop and Hoonmin are fully Korean.
