Anyone can join the fancafe! Here is a tutorial on how to become a member. It will not teach you how to level up though. Rocketboxx should have more information on that.

A fancafe is a site for fans of a specific artist. Fancafes will have photos, videos, news, information and more on their site. Associate members will have limited access to this data until they level up and become full members. 3rd KISSme (official fanclub members) have a special section that only they can access as well. The U-KISS members do have accounts on the fancafe, and will post updates in the From U-KISS section. They also have chats with fans on occasion. Here is U-KISS’ official fancafe!
